Cancellation Policy

We have a 72 hr cancellation policy on our 1:1 cycle training sessions when you book online. A cancellation inside 72 hr before the start date means you will forfeit your payment, or if your employer or university is paying, it will still be taken off your allowance of subsidised training and they will still be billed. If we cancel for whatever reason, we will let you know as soon as possible. We will then give you the option of a full refund or option to rebook to another session time.
